Are you a seasoned business development & marketing professional with a strong background in the property & infrastructure sector, and a commitment to driving growth?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead and scope, shape and deliver our Real Estate, Construction & Projects and Planning divisions’ strategy and objectives.
But what do we mean by Business Development Manager?
Not only will you be working closely with our top tier divisions to lead, challenge and support the partners to execute their growth plans, you’ll also influence strategy, drive market opportunities, and play a key role in winning and retaining major clients. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing business plans focused on ROI and key deliverables, and will be working closely with our bids team to lead and prepare proposals, credentials and client-facing collateral to win new business. In addition, you’ll be fully supported by our large and growing team of BD specialists to create and deliver business development and marketing campaigns focused on growing key relationships.
If you are determined and passionate to succeed, with a proven track record of working with and influencing senior colleagues – you’ll be a great fit!
We’re looking for individuals with management-level experience in the legal sector. Your ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a collaborative environment, coupled with your excellent organisational, communication and written skills, will be key to your success in this role.
