About the Role
This is a cross-functional operations role focused on:
- Process improvement
- Automation & AI enablement
- HR & People Administration
- Operational support to leadership
- Project coordination across teams
You’ll work closely with the CEO and support department heads when needed.
We’re looking for someone junior-to-mid level, structured, proactive and ambitious to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Document and improve internal processes
- Track team budgets and operational reporting
- Support policy updates and internal coordination
Automation & AI
- Identify and implement workflow automations
- Support system integrations and dashboards
- Reduce manual admin through smarter tools
HR & People Ops
- Manage recruitment coordination
- Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation
- Support payroll administration
- Maintain HR records and compliance
Cross-Functional Projects
- Support key internal projects and pitches
- Track actions and ensure follow-through
- Provide structured support to leadership
Executive & Administrative Support
- Support the CEO with administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare briefing documents and internal summaries
- Help coordinate leadership meetings and action tracking
- Ensure follow-ups are completed across teams
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, HR, business support, consulting or similar
- Experience in a digital, marketing, tech or professional services environment preferred
- Strong understanding of operational systems and workflows
- Experience supporting recruitment and payroll processes
- Exposure to automation tools or AI workflows is a strong plus
Skills
- Extremely organised and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Structured thinker with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working across different teams and personalities
- Able to influence without formal authority
- Proactive and ownership-driven
- Comfortable handling confidential information
