WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform all standard Salesforce administration duties, including but not limited to, user management, security settings, custom object/field creation/update, and data management utilizing various data import/export tools.
Maintain Salesforce CPQ to support, including but not limited to, pricing models, product bundles, quote generation and advanced approvals.
Optimize Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, including but not limited to, case management and omni-channel support as needed.
Assist with Salesforce integrated Docusign CLM administration, including but not limited to, updating workflows & templates.
Collaborate with our development team on more complex projects, helping to validate requirements and test custom solutions.
Tier 1 support:
Build and deploy custom fields, objects, layouts, and validation rules to support business processes.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom views to provide key insights to business leaders.
User access, permissions & record updates
Develop test scripts and scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure new customizations meet business requirements and are defect-free.
Proactively seek process improvement opportunities.
Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Provide input on processes, procedures, or new approaches in support of the various business functions at Veritone.
Interact with business users and developers to define current and future application requirements.
Document business processes and flows in visio, graph.io or similar tool.
Manage projects according to the processes and standards set forth by the PMO.
WHAT YOU'LL NEEDUndergraduate degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required
The following certifications are highly desired:
Salesforce CPQ Administrator
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Administrator
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.
Demonstrable experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CPQ.
Strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to data integrity and user adoption.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and a talent for building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams.

This base pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
