Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Finance and Accounting leadership to drive the technology program.  Manage stakeholders, roadmaps, and cross-functional relationships
  • Partner with many other business units such as Sales, Legal, and Operations to streamline workflows that span the entire company
  • Help the business translate their needs into technical requirements, and guide them through development and testing
  • Deeply understand our business processes and cycles, and put technology solutions in place that allow us to efficiently scale
  • Help us to launch an enterprise integration strategy that streamlines workflows for teams across the company
  • Form our Business Systems Steering Committee, which will create transparency around the work being done on behalf of the business
  • Make technology decisions that support a streamlined, integrated, and modern tech stack

Required Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes. You have previously supported Finance Technology either within a Finance Team or IT team
  • Deep involvement in building out business processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.  You’ve led successful ground-up implementations before
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Netsuite implementation, configuration, and common features.  Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Strong experience building complex enterprise integrations (iPaaS, API integrations, data integrations, and custom-developed software)
  • Minimum of 5 years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
  • Able to take the lead on build vs buy decisions.  You have an excellent understanding of tradeoffs and pros/cons
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.  You are able to articulate your ideas well and get buy-in from a broad range of stakeholders

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package.
