- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within medical devices, sports medicine or healthcare
- A strong track record in sales management, marketing execution and product strategy
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching and career growth
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple countries and cultures, aligning cross-functional teams and distributor partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of product positioning, pricing strategy and market intelligence
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Poland and Eastern Europe; knowledge of other Eastern European languages is a plus
