- Projects often leverage technology to improve customer experience (e.g. virtual try-on / change in augmented reality, 3D fitting rooms) to reduce returns and improve satisfaction.
- Also innovation in AI: generative content creation, improved marketing campaign processes, trend prediction etc.

- Create user stories, use cases, and process maps.

- Conduct testing of new functionalities (UAT, SIT) and support deployment.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users.
- Prepare business and system documentation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvement
Expectations – the experience you need
- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills.
- 8+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio).
