Intro

Capco is expanding our Capital Markets team — and we’re looking for consultants ready to lead at the forefront of market change. You’ll shape complex transformation initiatives for globally significant institutions, with a focus on helping them accelerate their post-trade capabilities including to meet T+1 regulatory timelines. If you’re a strategic Business Analyst or Project Manager with a passion for impactful change, we’d love to talk.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead analysis and design for T+1 settlement readiness, focusing on resilience and risk control.
  • Define and manage business requirements across the trade lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver regulatory transformation backlogs.
  • Translate needs into clear stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Champion user journeys and sustainable change across operating models.

What You Bring

  • Proven BA or hybrid BA/PM experience in Capital Markets.
  • Some knowledge of post-trade operations and T+1 settlements including securities (equities and/or fixed income)
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes like Equities or Derivatives.
  • Ability to apply regulatory insight to trading operations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Agile delivery experience in regulatory or post-trade settings.
  • Understanding of the wider capital markets ecosystem.
  • Experience in Operational Risk, Liquidity, or Middle Office.
  • Prior consulting or change experience desirable.
  • Stakeholder engagement and change management strength.
