Job Description
Join our dynamic Agency Securities Finance (ASF) Cash Reinvestment team as a Cash Reinvestment Associate In this role, you'll support investment trading activities for J.P. Morgan's ASF clients, ensuring all cash reinvestment activities are executed efficiently and accurately. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with ASF trading and contribute to a high-performing team.
As a Cash Reinvestment Associate within the ASF Cash Reinvestment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution and settlement of cash reinvestment activities. You will work closely with ASF trading to ensure business activities are conducted efficiently, controlled, and timely. Additionally, you will support projects and regulatory initiatives to meet industry requirements and drive efficiency and risk reduction.
Job responsibilities:
  • Monitors trade flow and process trade instructions, bookings, settlements, and intra-day cut-off monitoring.
  • Ensures accurate and timely execution, confirmation, and settlement of all trades.
  • Runs daily and periodic position/risk controls, identifies and remediates breaks, and provides regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support project and regulatory agendas to drive efficiency gains and risk reduction within the team.
  • Interacts daily with internal stakeholders to answer queries and resolve issues.
  • Provides process and team oversight as needed for management cover.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a client-focused mindset.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in supervising/overseeing, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues and react with strong judgment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical approach with imaginative flair.
  • Competency with MS Office required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
