As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service while staying ahead of the latest fashion trends. You'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect look, keeping the store visually exciting, and contributing to a dynamic retail atmosphere that reflects the USC brand.
- Provide outstanding, personalised service to every customer
- Offer expert style advice and product recommendations
- Create a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back
- Maintain excellent shop floor standards and visual displays
- Support with stock replenishment and store readiness
- Work collaboratively with your team to drive performance and hit targets
- Passionate about fashion, streetwear, and emerging trends

- Flexible and reliable, especially during evenings, weekends, and busy trade periods
- Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
