Channel Marketing Associate Manager - Away Frome Home
About the role
- Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies to grow brand presence in away-from-home markets.
- Lead the development of customer activation plans, trade marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with BDMS, KAMs and brand teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.
- Manage and allocate the marketing and equipment budget efficiently.
- Develop and optimize the AFH portfolio based on market trends and needs.
- Drive innovation by identifying new marketing opportunities in the away-from-home landscape.

- Strategic Channel Marketing & Trade Activation - Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for the AFH channels.
- Proactive & Entrepreneurial Mindset - A self-starter who takes ownership, identifies opportunities, and drives results without waiting for direction.
- Data-Driven & Commercial Acumen - Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and customer insights, turning them into actionable marketing plans with measurable impact.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration - Ability to align with BDM's, KAMs and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, overcoming challenges and adjusting strategies based on evolving market conditions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably within the foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for away-from-home channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using market research, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
