Join our Razer team as a Channel Marketing & Sales Assistant, where you’ll be at the heart of bringing the latest gaming and consumer tech products to life across the UK market.
This hybrid role sits at the intersection of marketing creativity and commercial execution, supporting both eCommerce channels (etailers) and brick-and-mortar retailers. You’ll help ensure that every product launch, campaign, and promotion shines — from digital listings and product pages to in-store activations and retail displays.
You’ll work closely with major partners such as, Argos, Currys, GAME, and other key UK retailers, ensuring our products are perfectly represented, on-brand, and optimised for visibility and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

🛍️ eCommerce & Etailer Management

  • Own and maintain product listings across key online retailers — ensuring accuracy, SEO-optimised copy, rich media content, and updated assets.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to deliver best-in-class A+ content, banners, and landing pages.

  • Track and benchmark digital shelf performance (content quality, price, reviews, availability, and ranking).

  • Support promotional planning and execution — from seasonal offers and bundles to campaign launches.

  • Collaborate with eCommerce account managers to ensure alignment between product launches and marketing activations.

  • Monitor competitor listings and digital activations, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Produce regular content and sales performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Retail & Brick-and-Mortar Execution

  • Support sales teams in ensuring flawless retail execution across stores like GAME, Currys, Scan, Very

  • Track retail compliance and visibility — gathering photos, reports, and feedback from field teams.

  • Assist in planning and executing in-store events, demo days, and product launches.

  • Maintain inventory and collateral tracking for retail assets, ensuring stores are well-equipped with updated materials.

 Channel Marketing & Sales Support

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of joint marketing initiatives with key retail and distribution partners.

  • Manage internal product launch calendars and support campaign briefings with creative, PR, and sales teams.

  • Support the processing and tracking of marketing development funds (MDF) and retail investments.

  • Prepare sales decks, promotional proposals, and data summaries for retailer presentations.

  • Update and maintain CRM and shared databases to ensure clean and up-to-date partner information.

  • Track channel performance KPIs — including sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels — and highlight actionable insights.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with brand, product, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Coordinate between regional and global teams for product asset localization and campaign alignment.

  • Work with external agencies for content adaptation, translation, and digital asset management.

  • Support social media and influencer activations connected to retail promotions or launches.

  • Manage the internal product information master document, liaising with global tearms across the business to ensure all information is updated for each product.

Pre-Requisites :

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in channel marketing, sales support, or retail marketing role — ideally within gaming, consumer electronics, or entertainment.

  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape (etail and brick-and-mortar).

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and product content optimization best practices.

  • Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Passion for gaming, esports, or consumer technology — you know your PlayStation from your PC peripherals!

  • Experience working with major UK retailers such as Amazon, Currys, Argos, GAME, or Smyths.

  • Experience managing or coordinating digital content production.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content creation).
