We are hiring on behalf of one of our U.S.-based partners, a membership-driven professional services organization focused on delivering high-quality client experiences through curated communities, research, and high-impact digital and in-person events. Our partner supports senior professionals by providing valuable insights, meaningful engagement opportunities, and well-executed programs that drive long-term value. Position Summary The Client Experience & Engagement Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned regions and communities, delivering high-touch, relationshipdriven support throughout the client lifecycle.

This role is responsible for driving client engagement, event participation, benefit utilization, and overall satisfaction. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Specialist combines strong communication skills, disciplined execution, and a serviceoriented mindset to improve retention, usage, and long-term client value. Success in this role requires proactive 1:1 outreach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely, professional, and personalized support.

  • Conduct consistent 1:1 client outreach primarily via email, supported by LinkedIn, phone, and text messaging.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to increase client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Partner closely with internal teams to support client programs, community initiatives, and ongoing account needs.

  • Support acquisition and retention efforts by inviting clients to live and digital events using approved templates and messaging.

  • Drive event registration and attendance by ensuring alignment between client interests and event value.

  • Execute event-related workflows using established tools and systems, including CRM and event management platforms.

  • Track client engagement and follow up before and after events to reinforce participation and value.

  • Research, validate, and maintain accurate contact information for new and existing clients within assigned accounts.

  • Follow established processes and templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.

  • Use tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support outreach and account intelligence.

  • Conduct targeted 1:1 outreach to promote available client benefits and drive increased utilization.

  • Distribute research materials, event opportunities, complimentary or discounted access, and other value-added resources.

  • Send timely reminders and targeted communications about upcoming programs, events, and exclusive opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and account records within CRM systems.

  • Perform data hygiene activities including list audits, deduplication, reporting, and ad-hoc data projects.

  • Support social media and promotional initiatives that highlight clients, communities, and organizational activities.



RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in stakeholder experience, client engagement, customer success, account management, community management, or a comparable relationship-driven role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior professionals clearly, confidently, and thoughtfully.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagement initiatives and deliver consistently at a high standard.

  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity, quality execution, and process excellence.

  • Demonstrated comfort leading 1:1 outreach and cultivating long-term professional relationships in a high-touch, service-driven environment.

  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively leverage CRM, event management, research, and engagement tools to support strategic outreach and account activity.

  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to shared engagement and retention goals.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders, clients, or executives in a professional, relationship-management capacity.

  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement within live or digital events, professional communities, or membership-based organizations.

  • Clear, confident spoken communication skills, with the ability to hold professional, value-driven conversations with U.S.-based senior executives.

  • Comfort leading 1:1 outreach and live stakeholder conversations in a client-facing, relationship-oriented environment.

Preferred / Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar engagement systems.

  • Familiarity with research and intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and quality of engagement.

  • Background in professional services, B2B communities, events, or stakeholder-facing operations.

Benefits

  • Compensation: USD $640 per month (approximately KES 80,000), paid net.

  • Engagement Type: Independent contractor agreement.

  • Payment Schedule: Monthly, upon submission of invoice.

  • Work Arrangement: Fully remote.
