We’re looking for a Client Partner, Business Development to join our growing Sales Team in Stockholm. This is a “hunter” role at its core — built for a sales professional who thrives on creating business from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting the Nordics’ most exciting and disruptive D2C brands, fast-scaling e-commerce players, and innovative tech companies into long-term advertising partners.

As a Client Partner, you will act as the architect of your own success — developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to build a strong portfolio of new clients and drive significant new revenue growth for Snap across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven ability to exceed sales targets, and a passion for helping ambitious brands scale through the power of Snapchat.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across key Nordic verticals by building and managing a strong pipeline of high-growth advertisers.
     

  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market plan to establish Snapchat as a must-have platform for emerging brands in the Nordics.
     

  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative discovery to building tailored media strategies, pitching, negotiating, and closing long-term partnerships.
     

  • Advise new advertisers on full-funnel marketing strategies, showing how Snapchat’s unique ad formats can solve core growth challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
     

  • Deliver persuasive, insight-driven presentations to C-level executives, marketing directors, and performance managers.
     

  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets, demonstrating ownership, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
     

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing Science, SMB, Creative Strategy, and Ad Ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.
     

  • Champion Snap’s products and culture in the Nordic advertising ecosystem, representing the brand with authenticity and expertise.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
     

  • 6+ years of experience in media sales or business development, with a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue goals.
     

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • A genuine passion for building business from scratch and driving commercial growth in dynamic markets.
     

  • Strong existing relationships with decision-makers across the Nordics’ D2C, e-commerce, and tech communities.
     

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, digital media trends, measurement, and attribution models.
     

  • A proven ability to build trust and influence C-level stakeholders, translating data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
     

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a strong advantage.
