The Client Partner will drive new business in the UK market by building relationships, owning the sales process, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored tech solutions.
We’re looking for a Client Partner who knows how to build trust, drive new business, and create long-term value for clients in the UK market. Someone who’s not afraid open doors, and guide clients through the full journey from first conversation to signed contract.
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Have 5+ years of B2B service sales experience, including at least 3 years in IT or technology sales targeting the UK market,
- Have a track record of winning and closing deals in areas such as Data & Analytics, Cloud & Modernisation, AI/ML, or Innovation Enablement,
- Speak fluent English (C1 or above) — you can hold your own in conversations with senior stakeholders across UK organisations,
- Are comfortable owning the entire sales process end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing,
- Use value-based selling — you can build compelling business cases and communicate ROI that aligns with your client’s goals.
- Understand the technology ecosystem around data, cloud, and AI (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) well enough to talk meaningfully with tech leaders,
- Know how to engage and influence senior decision-makers (C-level, Directors, Heads) in medium and large-scale organisations,
- Combine excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills with a proactive, result-driven mindset,
- Work well independently but also enjoy collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams to build strategy and deliver impact.
In this role, you will:
- Drive new business in the UK through active outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building from the ground up,
- Run full end-to-end sales cycles — from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing contracts,
- Shape and execute outreach and sales strategies (LinkedIn, email, networking, events) in collaboration with marketing and domain experts,
- Act as a trusted business advisor — understand clients’ goals, KPIs, and processes, and translate them into tailored technology solutions,
- Collaborate with technical and domain experts to create customised proposals and presentations,
- Support industry practices (e.g. Media, Insurance) through identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and partnership opportunities,
- Represent the company at UK industry events, conferences, and networking sessions,
- Plan and report sales activities in CRM, prepare forecasts, and contribute market insights to shape strategy and offering development,
- Monitor UK market trends and client needs, bringing actionable feedback to enhance our portfolio and go-to-market approach.
