Overview of position

Enhesa is embarking on an exciting new phase in its journey, focusing on modernising our data capability and enhancing the way we work. This evolution presents numerous opportunities to leverage data more effectively, allowing us to better serve our customers and colleagues. As part of this growth, we are expanding our team to maximise the value from the wealth of data stored within the organisation. 

To support this vision, we are seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to join the Commercial Data team in the Revenue Operations department. Our commercial data is a combination of external and internal lead sources. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and utilisation of commercial data to drive business growth and efficiency. As the Commercial Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies and processes to optimise our lead flow management and ensure data-driven decision-making across the sales and marketing departments.

The Role: What you will do: 

  • Help with fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth within the department. 
  • Consistently deliver high-quality leads to our sales organisation. 
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to define KPIs for performance reporting. 
  • Develop and implement data acquisition, integration, and enrichment strategies. 
  • Enforcing data governance policies and data quality processes. 
  • Work with our CRM systems and support the integration of 3rd party tools. 
  • Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to automate and streamline data management processes.  
  • Support the evolution and development of the lead lifecycle. 
  • Evaluate the performance and quality of new lead data sources. 
  • Analysing commercial opportunities in new regions and territories. 
  • Work in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics to ensure the accurate loading and management of leads data, maintaining data integrity and consistency. 

This is an exciting role for an analytics professional who has: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • A can-do attitude and is a self-starter. 
  • Experience in delivering qualified leads to sales team to enable growth. 
  • Understanding of a B2B sales process. 
  • Strong organisational skills and implementing methodical processes. 
  • Keen to help automate processes
  • Understanding of Dynamics CRM Leads, Opportunities and Accounts objects – or similar CRM. 
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL. 
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
