Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst

Our Commercial Finance Analyst will act as trusted business partner to Marketing, Commercial, and Service teams across EMEA region; providing robust financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

This role acts as a business partner to combine financial analysis, reporting, planning, pricing management, and continuous improvement activities to ensure the business achieves its revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

Location: Hybrid - Runcorn

What you will do:

  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial and Service teams across EMEA to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, scenario modelling and commercial recommendations to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking to provide actionable business insights.
  • Analyse revenue, margin, pricing, customer and product performance to support profitable growth.
  • Support pricing strategies, annual pricing reviews, governance and customer pricing decisions.
  • Contribute to AOP, budgeting and forecasting processes while driving continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Analysis or a similar role.
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with pricing analysis, profitability management, forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with large datasets, financial models and business intelligence tools.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems experience (SAP)
  • Power BI or similar

Qualifications

Part-qualified or qualified accountant such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

The hiring range for this position is: £38,000 - £45,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws
