We are looking for an experienced Holistic Comms & Social Strategy Specialist to lead regional communications planning for one of our global enterprise clients across EMEA.
This is a senior strategic role focused on shaping how the client shows up across its most important B2B marketing channels. You will develop the regional communications approach, turn global narratives and complex product messages into clear customer-focused stories, and create integrated plans that connect social, paid, owned, earned and offline activity.
A key part of the role will be bringing a social-first mindset into wider marketing activity. You will think beyond individual social campaigns and look at how social platforms, thought leadership, partnerships and influencer activity can strengthen broader campaigns, launches and events.
You will work closely with regional and global marketing teams, media, insights, brand and production teams, as well as external agencies and creative partners. You will help shape strategy, write briefs, develop presentations, support positioning and copy, and guide ideas from early planning through to execution.
This role requires a high level of autonomy. You will need to be comfortable taking ownership of complex work, navigating ambiguity and changing priorities, and bringing multiple global, regional and local stakeholders together around a clear direction.
Success in the role will mean delivering a strong, stakeholder-approved regional communications plan that is strategically sound, easy to understand and straightforward for teams and agencies to execute.
