About the role

Join our Communications team in Brighton as a Communications Assistant, where you’ll support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activities and support internal and external projects. You’ll be a key part of a fast-paced, creative team, helping to keep everything running smoothly while contributing to how we communicate with our global audience.

  • Manage administrative tasks including raising quotes, processing purchase orders, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Support the communications helpdesk by delegating tasks, tracking deadlines, and liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Write engaging copy for a variety of formats including newsletters, social media, press releases, blogs, and case studies.
  • Assist in delivering the communications calendar, supporting content creation, translation coordination, and proofreading to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update Paxton’s global websites and social media channels, monitor media activity, and support events such as trade shows and exhibitions.
