Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead customers through decision making, tackling strategic, operational, and transformational challenges across diverse topics including product, business drivers, loyalty, innovation, and more. You will apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve clients' overall strategy, performance, and operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:• Works with established project methodologies to ensure consistent, high quality deliverables• Supports intellectual capital development from client work and incorporate insights from related intellectual capital/project initiatives• Independently identifies issues in defined area of analysis, structures analysis with oversight and synthesizes own analysis and identifies relevant implications• Supports development of recommendations, and prepares and delivers prepared presentations, working with defined templates and deliverables• Leverages understanding of immediate clients' needs and agenda to provide creative input into project.
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university• Work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management or product management• Strong presence & communication skills - both interpersonal & written• Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills• Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Able to communicate effectively in English• Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications:• Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties• Experience coaching junior delivery consultants• Relevant industry expertise• MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)
