Role overview:

cyber•Fund backs founders building the cybereconomy — across AI, crypto, and robotics. We're looking for a Content Lead to own our voice, grow our audience, and make cyber.fund the most recognized early-stage fund in the space.

This is a role for someone who can write, ship, and go viral. You'll work directly with the partners and portfolio founders to turn investment theses, founder stories, and market insights into content that spreads.

What You'll Do

Own the content engine

  • Write and publish across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and long-form (blog, newsletter)

  • Develop a content calendar tied to fund activity: new investments, portfolio milestones, thematic takes

  • Turn complex ideas (AI infra, onchain agents, robotics) into clear, compelling narratives

Build the brand

  • Make cyber•Fund's social presence a must-follow for founders and operators

  • Work with our founder and partners to boost their content and public profile

  • Craft the connective narrative between AI, crypto, and robotics as one cybereconomy

  • Identify and execute on partnership, co-marketing, and speaking opportunities

Drive distribution

  • Grow organic reach — posts that get shared.

  • Collaborate with portfolio founders on co-created content and amplification

  • Track what works, double down on it

What We're Looking For
  • Viral content track record — you've written posts that broke out organically. Show us. Media, journalism, or creator background is a strong plus.

  • Tech fluency — you get the ecosystem, the culture, the language. You don't need a glossary to write about Crypto & AI

  • 2-4 years in content, media, or marketing in tech.

  • Self-starter — you ship without waiting for approval. Low ego, high output.

Nice to Have
  • Experience at a VC, crypto fund, or accelerator

  • Your own following or content presence (X, Substack, etc.)

  • Familiarity with multimedia (short-form video, podcasts, visual content)

What We Offer
  • Remote-first, work from anywhere

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion

  • High degree of autonomy, no micromanagement

  • Competitive compensation

  • Direct access to partners and portfolio founders

  • Conference and event budget

  • Equipment allowance, education reimbursement

  • Wellness and mental health support, medical insurance

How to Apply

Please reach out to [email protected] with a resume and an introduction about yourself; feel free to include any additional information that will help us learn more about you and your candidacy!

What you need to know about the Edinburgh Tech Scene

From traditional pubs and centuries-old universities to sleek shopping malls and glass-paneled office buildings, Edinburgh's architecture reflects its unique blend of history and modernity. But the fusion of past and future isn't just visible in its buildings; it's also shaping the city's economy. Named the United Kingdom's leading technology ecosystem outside of London, Edinburgh plays host to major global companies like Apple and Adobe, as well as a growing number of innovative startups in fields like cybersecurity, finance and healthcare.
