Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work in close partnership with and directly support a Senior Project Manager, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring project professional to develop their skills, manage key administrative and coordination tasks, and learn best-in-class project management methodologies from seasoned leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior PM Support: Work hand-in-hand with the Senior PM to oversee daily operations, assist with resource allocation, and help maintain project documentation, plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinating Deliverables: Actively track team tasks, coordinate the timely delivery of project milestones, and ensure cross-functional team members are aligned with deadlines.
  • Escalating Blockers: Proactively identify project risks, issues, or delays, and swiftly escalate blockers to the Senior PM to ensure rapid resolution and minimal impact on timelines.
  • Reporting on Progress: Consistently gather status updates, maintain project dashboards, and draft clear progress reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to ensure momentum is maintained after every sync.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with diverse team members.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive attitude with a knack for spotting potential issues before they become critical blockers.
  • Tools: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps / Jira / Asana) and productivity suites (e.g., MS Office) is a strong plus.

Equal Opportunities Statement

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. We actively encourage applications from women, ethnic minorities, and individuals with disabilities. We consider all flexible working arrangements, subject to the requirements of the role. Where reasonable adjustments are needed, we will strive to make changes to accommodate them.
