  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate mobile messaging strategically within the product experience

  • Balance promotional communications with service-related notifications to enhance the customer experience

  • Analyse mobile engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Scale our mobile marketing infrastructure while maintaining deliverability and compliance

  • Establish best practices for mobile messaging content, timing, frequency, and personalisation

Who you are

  • 6+ years of lifecycle marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on mobile channels (push, in-app, SMS)

  • Proven success driving key metrics through mobile-first engagement strategies in a SaaS or fintech environment

  • Deep understanding of mobile user behavior and engagement patterns

  • Experience implementing personalisation at scale across mobile touchpoints

  • Strong expertise in mobile messaging compliance, deliverability, and technical requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse mobile engagement data and translate insights into action

  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product and engineering teams

  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives independently

Technical skills

  • Experience with mobile marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, OneSignal, Leanplum)

  • Working knowledge of mobile app development concepts and integration points

  • Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools (Looker, GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel)

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or similar)

  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and real-time data orchestration

Nice to have
