Job Description

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our CRM team in London. You'll be helping our 35+ strong global CRM team run as smoothly as possible, to get millions of our customers excited about what Wise has to offer.

You will focus on defining and refining our team processes and creative operations, transforming them into streamlined workflows. Beyond process management, you are the driving force behind project execution, ensuring multiple, complex initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’re able to prioritise, provide creative feedback, and analyse reporting to spot efficiencies.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the CRM team:

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for key internal stakeholders - building rapport, trust and collaborative working relationships

  • Keep projects running smoothly - making sure everyone is on the same page and identifying any potential blockers for delivery

  • Resource management for CRM design and copywriters

  • Forecast the team’s capacity, identifying issues or the need for additional resource

  • Help the team collaborate by creating communication channels, as well as setting up kick-offs and check-ins to make sure we stay on track

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Develop - you’ll be encouraged to grow and take on more responsibilities, and you’ll have the freedom to decide what those are! But if that sounds a bit scary, we’ve got some nice people to help you along the way.

  • Be flexible - in how you work, we understand everyone needs a little something different so we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Be creative - you’ll have opportunities to pitch ideas for new campaigns. Or for anything really!

  • Have impact - we’re not just being creative for the fun of it, we’re constantly measuring and understanding how our work helps Wise to achieve its mission. It's incredibly rewarding to know that we’re helping millions of people save money. It just so happens that we have a lot of fun too.

About you:

  • You have experience working directly with CRM teams, and have a good idea of how to T-Shirt size projects for this channel.

  • You’re a master when it comes to organisation, planning and ensuring timely delivery of work. You’re the type of person who makes a spreadsheet for their holiday. Don’t worry, so are we!

  • You’re a pro at Monday.com

  • You’re able to quickly build rapport, trust and collaborative relationships - both within our team and with stakeholders

  • You're passionate about good creative and have a strong knowledge of creative and design production, and their constantly moving parts

  • You’ll have strong reporting skills - producing scope of work documents, and reconciling at the end of a project will be second nature to you

  • You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and communication is maintained throughout a project

We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in.
