YOUR IMPACT
Redwood Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven EMEA Expansion Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth within our installed base in Europe. In this role, you will be a key driver in supporting our EMEA expansion team through strategic account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, regional events, and targeted programs. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and regional leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive cross-sell and upsell pipeline and foster strong customer relationships. This is a pivotal role for Redwood and ideal for someone passionate about driving growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting key strategic accounts within the EMEA region.

Align programs with account management priorities and own regional pipeline goals.

Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and executive roundtables, to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

Design and implement targeted marketing programs tailored to specific EMEA markets and industry verticals, leveraging local insights and cultural nuances.

Be a strategic leader, operating largely autonomously to execute regional marketing plans and drive results, while also being a key collaborator in our fast-paced global environment.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver personalized marketing content and collateral for targeted accounts and regional initiatives.

Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to track campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies within the EMEA region.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and regional influencers.

Create and manage content for regional marketing campaigns, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email communications.

Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the EMEA market.
YOUR EXPERIENCE

Ability to commute to our Burnham office 1-2 times a month or as needed.

Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on EMEA market expansion, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional programs and initiatives.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results in the EMEA region.

Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and experience in implementing ABM programs.

Experience in planning and executing regional events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in additional European languages being a significant advantage (German preferred).

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

Familiarity with the automation software industry or related technology sectors such as infrastructure software is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
