Responsibilities
Our go to market strategy includes engaging in DAO governance to promote Avantgarde’s expertise and credibility and to expand our profile across the DeFi community.
This role is pivotal to that strategy and we’re looking for someone who can lead Avantgarde’s DAO governance engagement efforts, including:
- Monitoring all major DAO governance forums for opportunities to contribute
- Contributing to the DAO forums and representing AGF as a delegate where appropriate
- Attending delegate meetings & calls, asking questions and showing proactiveness
- Identifying key governance actors and building internal profiles for each
- Contact, engage with an lobby DAO participants, tokenholders and service providers.
- Networking and building strong relationships within the DAO community
- Providing periodic updates to the wider team on major DAO developments, including new proposals and active votes
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new revenue opportunities in advisory or treasury management and advance the sales process with existing opportunities.
- Handle existing DAO and DeFi project relationships, to grow revenues and expand the firm’s market share.
- Continuously report progress using our CRM to keep sales activity, pipeline, and success metrics up to date.
- Build use cases for Avantgarde (and Enzyme) with an understanding of how clients use and implement our strategies.
- Collaborate with internal resources to deliver the best of Avantgarde Finance to our clients.
- You can demonstrate strong knowledge of crypto and DeFi and are excited about working in the industry
- You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You can demonstrate an interest or previous experience in participating in DAO governance.
- You have exceptional time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- You have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 salary + equity + commissions (salary dependant on experience & fit)
