The Role
Join Capco’s rapidly growing Data & Analytics team as an AI Governance Consultant. You’ll drive the development and implementation of responsible, ethical AI governance frameworks across some of the world’s leading financial institutions. What You’ll Do
Design and implement AI governance frameworks including ethical policies, risk mitigation protocols, and compliance standards
Advise clients on regulatory and legal frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, and the EU AI Act
Define strategic AI governance roadmaps and business cases to enable scalable, responsible AI adoption
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to identify governance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Review and enhance existing governance models to improve transparency, accountability, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
At least 5 years’ experience in AI governance, data science, or a related field such as data strategy or digital transformation
Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, data ethics, algorithmic bias, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent ability to translate technical and regulatory insights into business-relevant guidance
Proven experience engaging cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, tech, and business functions
Ability to assess AI readiness and craft clear, actionable governance strategies
Bonus Points For
Prior consulting experience in a top-tier firm or internal transformation role within Financial Services
Familiarity with AI tools or platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or TensorFlow
Hands-on experience implementing AI use cases in regulated environments
Knowledge of frameworks like NIST AI RMF, ISO 38507, or DAMA DMBOK
Relevant certifications in Responsible AI, AI Ethics, Risk Management, or Data Governance
