Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is the fastest-growing creator monetisation platform in the creator economy. We are the leading AI-powered creator-first platform, designed to empower creators worldwide to directly monetise their audience. We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently.

🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to work cross-functionally across Growth, Product, and Marketing. This is a high-impact role where you’ll transform data into insight, uncover new opportunities, and build the foundations for smarter decision-making and experimentation. Your work will directly influence strategy, optimise performance, and accelerate how we scale.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Use data to identify new levers for acquisition, retention, and monetisation across the product and marketing funnel.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to design and interpret experiments, including A/B tests.

  • Write advanced SQL queries and leverage Python for deeper analysis and predictive modelling.

  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that surface the most critical insights.

  • Drive ad-hoc investigations into user behaviour and performance to inform rapid decisions.

  • Elevate data literacy across teams by making insights accessible, actionable, and easy to understand.

  • Help define the data we capture to improve accuracy and enable more effective experimentation.

👀 Who You Are

  • Experienced analyst (5+ years) with a strong track record in SaaS, growth, or product analytics.

  • Advanced in SQL and comfortable working with complex datasets.

  • Skilled in A/B testing and experimentation, with a strong grasp of interpreting results.

  • Comfortable with Python for deeper analysis and light modelling.

  • Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally to influence decisions with data.

  • A clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into simple insights for stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight.

  • Prior work in product-led growth or high-growth startup environments.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You’re curious and proactive, always asking the “why” behind the data.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where speed and clarity matter.

  • You enjoy turning messy data into clean, actionable insights.

  • You want ownership and impact — your work will directly shape strategy.

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You prefer long analysis cycles over rapid iteration.

  • You’re not comfortable working with ambiguity or shifting priorities.

  • You struggle to communicate findings in a clear, actionable way.

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?

  • Named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

  • Work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering creators worldwide

  • A culture that values innovation, speed, excellence, ownership, and transparency

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Remote working

  • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing
