The Data Engineer / Analytics will collect, clean, analyze large datasets, design dashboards, collaborate with teams for insights, develop predictive models, ensure data accuracy, and stay updated with data analytics trends.

We are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Engineer / Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering insights, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing routine checks and validations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (at least 3 years).
- Knowledge of data modeling methodologies and Data warehousing practices
- Design and implement data integration solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, into Data Lakes or Data Warehouses using modern cloud-based platforms
- Develop and maintain robust, well-structured data models to support effective data analysis and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
