- Create robust data models and schemas tailored to business analytics and reporting needs.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with requirements.
- Implement data governance best practices for quality, security, and compliance.
- Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to skill development and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 5+ years as a Data Engineer with a focus on Snowflake and related technologies.
- Snowflake Expertise: Proven experience with schema design, performance optimization, and integration.
- ETL/ELT Tools: Proficiency in tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, Talend, or similar.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
- Data Modeling: Expertise in data modeling techniques and tools.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated data services.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex data challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business stakeholders.
