This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on how we operate, execute, and scale across EMEA.
What You Get To Do
Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Design and maintain executive scorecards and dashboards that provide EMEA President with real-time visibility into strategic initiatives, operational performance, and emerging business trends.
  • Develop comprehensive scorecard frameworks for the President's office, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with strategic priorities and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Build scalable systems that consolidate data across teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for leadership insights.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable intelligence through intuitive visualizations and executive summaries that drive strategic decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Business Intelligence, Strategy and Finance to harmonize metrics, align reporting standards, and ensure data integrity across the organization.
  • Establish rigorous monthly and quarterly reporting cycles that deliver consistent, accurate scorecards tracking progress against strategic objectives and operational targets defined thru programs, LT meetings, ad hoc needs of the President.
  • Produce ad-hoc scorecards and analytical deep-dives in response to emerging business questions, competitive dynamics, or strategic pivots requiring immediate executive attention.

Program Management & Operating Rhythm
  • Work with the COS on preparing the core President's Office cadences: weekly team meetings, leadership sessions, decision reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Manage collaboration hubs (SharePoint, OneNote, teams groups ...) and keep information organized and current.
  • Track actions, risks, and milestones across key workstreams and escalate when needed.
  • Build structure around new programs, define deliverables, and keep teams aligned on timelines and outcomes.
  • Support creating executive-ready content, including briefings, summaries, and presentation materials when it comes to internal projects & programs.

Strategic Events & Regional Initiatives
  • Support planning and execution of major regional events: QBRs, SKO, Knowledge, Rise Together, office visits, and customer engagements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder prep, content development, logistics, and post-event actions.
  • Help maintain a consistent, repeatable operating model across all events and programs.

Chief of Staff Support
  • Support strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve execution across the region.
  • Bring clarity, focus, and organization to a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

What We Are Looking For:
Data & Analytics Expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Data modeling, report design) and Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA is a plus).
  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards from scratch, including KPI definition, data sourcing, and automated refresh cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with data extraction, cleansing, and transformation across multiple source systems (CRM, ERP, BI platforms).
  • Strong data storytelling skills: ability to translate complex datasets into clear, visual, executive-ready narratives that drive decisions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages for data retrieval and validation is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of data governance principles: accuracy, consistency, single source of truth, and access control.

Program Management & Execution Discipline
  • Skilled in structuring workstreams, managing deadlines, and driving accountability.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and senior leaders.
