Full Time Position - 2 or 3 days in Glasgow office with 2 or 3 days remote working.

Salary - Up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Role Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Data and Reporting experience who is keen to grow their career in financial services.

You might be a Financial Services professional with 2 years experience who has previously worked in a data role at a financial institution.

Full and detailed training will be provided

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Financial Services working with large data sets in a manipulation, extraction or transformation capacity.
  • Proven skills in VBA, Python and SQL.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider remote team.
  • An exposure to Risk - Liquidity, Market or Credit Risk would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge/ability to construct, develop and maintain practical but robust tactical tool
  • Experience of working with large datasets and manipulation of data
  • Ability to navigate systems, access data and identify discrepancies
  • Knowledge of investment banking business models, of capital market products, and of financial products including fixed income and equity (cash and derivatives) is advantageous.
  • A team player, comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables.
