WHY JOIN US
If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash processes — from quoting and pricing through contract execution, amendments, and renewals. You will work across CPQ and CLM platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing and revenue systems. The role is ideal for a hands-on expert in complex SaaS or marketplace deal environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as a subject-matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CPQ, and upstream Quote-to-Cash processes;
- Support and optimize commercial workflows, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract generation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams to ensure scalable and compliant contract processes;
- Manage and improve deal desk governance, approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and operational controls;
- Validate contract, pricing, and order data to support troubleshooting, reporting, and downstream operational accuracy;
- Ensure contractual terms and commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition systems;
- Analyze and document business processes, identify operational gaps, and recommend scalable improvements;
- Support integrations and data consistency between CPQ/CLM platforms and ERP systems;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, technology, or marketplace companies;
- Strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, deal structuring, approvals, contract execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad;
- Experience supporting complex pricing models including volume-based pricing, tiered pricing, bundled pricing, ramp deals, custom pricing structures, and multi-year agreements;
- Experience managing approval workflows, governance models, and delegation frameworks;
- Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes;
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition impacts;
- Experience working with Workday, NetSuite, or SAP, including CPQ/CLM integrations;
- Strong analytical, process mapping, troubleshooting, and documentation skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in high-volume marketplace or enterprise sales environments with complex deal structures;
- Familiarity with e-signature platforms and their integration with contract workflows;
- Experience with contract analytics, obligation tracking, or compliance monitoring;
- Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations environments.

PERKS AND BENEFITS
- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
- Competitive compensation: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.
- Exciting projects: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.
- Flextime: Flexible schedule with remote and office options.
