Design Engineer

Salary: Competitive Salary plus Veolia Benefits (grade dependent bonus, pension & car/car allowance)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to ongoing success within the energy sector, Veolia is looking for talent to join our growing Technical Direction Engineering Team. You’ll be pushing for innovative solutions to create a more sustainable future for us all. What you'll be doing:

This will vary for each role but could include;

• Design and develop innovative engineering solutions from concept to completion.

• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using industry-leading CAD software.

• Work on diverse projects across multiple sectors including industrial, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and design reviews.

• Oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimise system performance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation programs.

Projects you could be involved with:

• New build facilities and plant installations.

• System upgrades and modernisation projects.

• Process optimisation and automation solutions.

• Infrastructure development schemes.

• Product design and development initiatives.

• Energy efficiency and sustainability projects.
