ACT's Design and Marketing Executive will play a key role in strengthening our online presence by taking ownership of design-led projects. You will create engaging videos, graphics and copy to support digital campaigns across email, social media and our website, as well as leading on the production of company presentations and documents. Working as part of a small, focused marketing team, you will contribute to raising the profile of ACT, a leading super-prime construction company.

Graphic Design
Create high-quality assets to apply our brand consistently across various touch points (including brochures, tender and bid documents, case studies, infographics, event materials, digital graphics, hoardings and website visuals), ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines throughout.
Social Media
Work collaboratively across the organisation to identify content opportunities that highlight our technical expertise, project milestones, people and culture. Capture photo and video material on-site at our construction projects. Plan and publish approved content, ensuring outputs are timely, professional and on-brand.
Video and Photography
Plan coordinate and undertake photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with project briefs, timelines and quality standards. Manage relationships with external photographers and other suppliers as needed.
Website Maintenance
Work closely with marketing colleagues to keep website blogs, imagery and news sections updated with fresh content. Ensure format follows best practice for AI-driven optimisation and search visibility.
Data Analysis
Translate social media performance data into creative opportunities: understand what captures audience attention and use that knowledge to shape future activity. Assist with regular reporting to build on what works and adapt what doesn’t.
Events Management
Help ensure the effective planning, coordination and delivery of ACT-hosted events with design and production, administrative and logistical support. Represent ACT at external and client-facing events as needed.
General Marketing Support
Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the marketing department, responding to ad-hoc requests and supporting cross-team projects.
Job requirements
- Degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, multimedia or a related field.
- 3+ years in a marketing / design role that involves hands-on content creation. Previous background in a design or construction sector or luxury service business is a bonus, such as real estate agencies, interior design and architecture, designer goods, high-end travel or hospitality, main contractor or property developer businesses.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierPro) and Canva for graphic design, video editing, photography and image retouching.
- Interest in AI and digital marketing trends, adopting new approaches and tools to enhance performance. Proficiency in Mini Max Audio beneficial but not essential.
- Well organised and able to manage concurrent projects, with a flexible attitude to taking on varied tasks as required.
- An enthusiastic team player who brings energy and positivity to their work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Able to manage time and priorities independently by taking ownership of assigned tasks, as well as working collaboratively.
- A desire to learn and improve, including a positive approach to receiving feedback.
- Strong general IT skills: MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a desire to learn and use other software packages. Familiarity with Wordpress website CMS and Asana beneficial but not essential.
- Prior experience of running paid digital advertising campaigns (via Meta and LinkedIn, Google Ads) and data reporting is beneficial but not essential.
