We are looking for a DevOps engineer to design, implement and maintain IaaS deployments in Microsoft Azure as well as other major cloud service providers.  Their objective will be to deploy scalable and repeatable desktop and server infrastructure in support of our overall cloud migration strategy.  In addition to this they will be required to develop custom integrations between vendor products and in-house systems in order to deliver operational efficiency. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code deployments for Windows infrastructure in Azure 

  • Develop and maintain API integrations between MS Windows, Citrix and in-house proprietary tools 

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud IaaS deployments, configurations, processes, and service records. 

  • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation of tasks, system management, and troubleshooting. 

  • Collaborate with IT security teams to establish and maintain security baselines and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. 

  • Collaborate with multiple teams in an Agile delivery framework 

. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps technologies 

  • Experience with IaaC in Azure and one other CSP (AWS / GCP) 

  • Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure ADO and Terraform. 

  • Proficiency in scripting with Powershell 

  • Experience developing with .NET, Python, API integrations 

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, experience in inventory management, familiarity with NIST cybersecurity standards, and experience in managing system licensing. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
