Senior Digital Account Manager & Marketing Strategist

Location: Hybrid (UK-Based, GMT)

Salary: $2500 – $3,500 per month (dependent on experience) + Performance Bonus & Benefits

Type: Full-Time

The Mission

Are you a commercially-minded Client Services Manager with a proven marketing agency background?

We are The Childcare Marketing Agency, a specialist team dedicated entirely to the early years and childcare sector. As our Senior Account Manager, you will act as the dedicated Digital Strategy Manager for your portfolio; translating nursery business goals into high-impact growth marketing strategies that make a real-world impact.

The Role

You are not just a point of contact; you are a Strategic Marketing Consultant. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our internal delivery specialists (Paid Ads, SEO, Content) and our clients. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will ensure every single campaign drives what matters most to our partners: nursery enrolments and maximum occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Lead client relationships with maturity, becoming a trusted advisor on nursery growth and local marketing strategy.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Translate complex client commercial goals into deliverable, technical briefs across Paid Media, Web, and SEO execution teams.
  • High-Level Communication: Lead structured client performance meetings with the warmth, authority, and precision expected of a Senior Account Manager.
  • Performance Insight: Act as a Performance Marketing Strategist to deliver honest, data-led reporting that clearly explains the "why" behind client data.
  • Operational Discipline: Manage project scope, commercial budgets, and timelines with the slick precision of an experienced agency veteran.

What "Great" Looks Like

  • Unflappable: You stay highly structured, calm, and supportive even when a client is under pressure.
  • Curious: You ask sharp, incisive questions to find the real business problem behind a client request.
  • Sector Advocate: You enjoy mastering the unique nuances of the UK childcare market (term-time demand fluctuations, funding cycles, and parent psychology).

Your Experience

  • Agency Veteran: 8 to 10+ years of dedicated Client Services or Account Management experience within a marketing agency environment.
  • Project Lead: 3+ years of hands-on project coordination and high-level digital brief writing.
  • Digital Fluency: Complete comfort with digital marketing funnels, commercial lead generation tracking, and Google Analytics metrics.
  • Sector Interest: Direct experience or a keen interest in education, childcare, charities, or local services is a significant advantage.

Why Join Us?

We are a niche, high-performance, purpose-driven agency. You will lead accounts with complete autonomy and care, fully supported by a brilliant remote team of technical specialists who are masters of their craft.

If you are looking for a rewarding, fully remote career path where your strategic work directly helps local communities and early education, we want to hear from you.
