About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in producing static assets for social media advertising, with a strong emphasis on creative performance, branding, and design systems tailored to eCommerce clients.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands, helping develop ads that not only look great but also convert. This is a remote, fast-paced, collaborative role ideal for someone who understands the intersection of visual creativity and paid performance.

In the past year alone, we’ve managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ad spend for clients such as Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.
Our Creative division is at the heart of our performance. As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in design-led talent to deliver scroll-stopping visuals that drive results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design static graphics and light motion creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Create compelling visual concepts and iterate based on performance data and client feedback.
- Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and strategists to bring ad campaigns to life.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Stay ahead of design trends and eCommerce visual styles.
- Contribute to moodboards, storyboards, and creative ideation for new campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop, etc.)

Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in digital graphic design, ideally in a performance marketing or eCommerce context.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.
- Experience designing for Meta and TikTok Ads (static + simple motion preferred).
- Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance ads, social graphics, and branding work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
