The Digital Media Marketing for Luxury looks after both Net-A-Porter and Mr. Porter brands. It is a team of experts covering Social Media Marketing, Display Media Marketing and App Marketing channels. Aligned with business objectives across both brand and performance marketing the objective is to deliver first class approach to a full funnel strategy for the business. Challenged with delivering revenue for the business whilst also ensuring engagement and consideration KPI’s are met. This creative team of experts are now seeking a talented App Marketing Manager to join the team. 

Our Digital Marketing Division are now seeking a strong, creative and analytical App Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing, planning and managing paid app campaigns. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

 Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the App Marketing proposition for Performance Marketing, Brand Campaigns and Co-op Campaigns
  • Leading App Marketing on performance focused campaigns and support in strategic development and implementation lead generation and retention strategy for the business
  • Manage day to day communication, monitoring and optimisation of media budgets at a global level with regional marketing teams
  • Manage and plan activation on Apple search campaigns
  • Build out the ASA strategy for both stores
  • Solid experience on MMD needed like Adjust and analytics like GA
  • Define global KPI frameworks and measurement plans for all Brand and Performance activations based on multiple data sources and historical performance
  • Build out the app programmatic offering to include multiple formats like video, social media, display, and rich media banners.
  • Support and lead the existing lead generation strategy to drive app installs through partners like META, Liftoff, Google, Apple, Criteo, SNAP etc.
  • Build strong relationships with regional marketing teams to localise channel approach based on day to day market observations
  • Build strong relationships with internal creative team to ensure all media content follows best practices and all creative requirements are consistently met
  • Strong focus on achieving sales and retention targets by maintaining efficiency
  • Overseeing lead generation, app install and organic app performance towards App install and Revenue KPIs
  • Day-to-day spending monitoring vs budget
  • Planning A/B tests and running incrementality studies to measure uplift and app performance in total revenue contribution
  • Deliver data analysis reporting in order to monitor and improve performance
  • Meet retention targets whilst maintaining efficient cost per acquisition
  • Overseeing App install growth targets whilst keeping efficiency in terms of CPA when running display app campaigns
  • Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions
  • Monitoring industry trends, best practices and techniques
  • Ability to work in a strong team environment and manage a team of experts in display and programmatic media
  • Leading a team and managing trade conversation with key brand stakeholders

The type of person we are looking for: 

  • 5+ years of experience working in a large/corporate setting, developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Adjust, DV360, working with publisher networks on managed service or through DSP’s.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics with a keen aptitude towards Display, video formats and buying programmatically.
  • Ability to deliver on KPIs/targets
  • Proficiency in the workplace and communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Good analytical skills (proficiency in Excel and GA knowledge)
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills (leadership and managerial qualities)
  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Masters’s Degree: Marketing, Business Economics or Digital Marketing is a nice to have
  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
