Adyen is looking for a data-driven, proactive and collaborative digital marketing manager. This role will work from our London office and report directly to the Head of Marketing UK. 

The digital marketing role is focused on driving impact for Adyen’s acquisition efforts of new customers through digital marketing channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.

You are our ideal candidate if you are experienced with B2B digital marketing, a strong communicator and fluent in working with revenue-based goals. You have a hands-on mentality, with an ability to develop, implement, track and optimize new marketing initiatives. This is a matrixed role collaborating across the local and global marketing teams to optimize Adyen’s impact through digital channels.

 What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement digital initiatives for all paid channels to maximize lead generation in the UK market
  • Work closely with the local commercial teams and global acquisition team to generate sales accepted opportunities from digital channels.
  • Leverage analytic tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns and promotions across all channels. Optimize on a daily basis.
  • Manage the localizations and optimizations of the local webpages. Manage landing page creation, web translations, and local SEO optimization.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition. B2B tech experience is a plus.
  • Strong background in SEA (e.g. Google, Microsoft) and other paid acquisition channels (e.g. LinkedIn). Knowledge in SEO and programmatic advertising (eg. DV360) is a plus.
  • A results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to strategically create, execute, and optimize successful campaigns for specific audiences, consistently improving marketing ROI.
  • High language proficiency in English.
  • Tool knowledge (eg. Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Looker) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally 20%+
