The Digital Operations Representative is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex digital initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, drives dealer engagement, and supports the successful deployment of digital tools and programs. What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate monthly governance calls for Digital Excellence Program (DEP), eCommerce, and Annual Digital Deployment Plan (ADP), including preparation of materials and follow-up on actions.
- Conduct DEP assessments at dealerships, identify performance gaps, and develop tailored improvement plans with governance oversight.
- Drive dealer commitment to digital initiatives by aligning on targets, structures, and strategic priorities (e.g., eComm champions, DEP champions).
- Support eCommerce growth through STU analysis, IP prospecting, PCC activation, and dealer enablement.
- Facilitate the creation and alignment of dealer digital strategies, including inter-departmental collaboration and role impact.
- Manage the execution and governance of the Annual Digital Deployment Plan, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
- Provide first-line technical support and issue resolution for digital tools, escalating to consultants as needed.
- Organize and deliver digital training, forums, and best practice sharing for dealer digital specialists and sales teams.
