About the Role:

If you are a talented Marketing professional that is passionate about partners, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, CrowdStrike has the perfect position for you.  We are looking for a Director, Europe Partner Marketing to develop, plan, execute, track and lead strategic joint marketing initiatives for CrowdStrike’s global alliances partners in support of the company’s sales and growth goals. With a strong marketing and partner background, this role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-with, co-selling and all demand generation activities with our partner ecosystem in Europe. This individual will lead the marketing team who works with key regional partners, field marketing and sales teams. Additionally, this individual will lead efforts with a cross-functional teams to further develop marketing strategies and programs with alliance partners across all regions.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage marketing relationships with our Europe partner ecosystem, including resellers, distribution, GSI’s, MSSP’s and tech alliances

  • Drive joint GTM plans for awareness, joint messaging, demand generation and enablement activities through co-marketing activities utilizing an integrated mix of marketing programs.

  • Own pipeline and campaign performance reporting on business areas

  • Build a scalable partner demand generation engine including co-branded campaigns, tools and assets to help create pipeline

  • Lead and inspire a team of experienced partner marketers by setting the direction and priorities to achieve set objectives and goals. Responsibilities include resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management

  • Lead the team of primary partner marketing liaisons for global alliances partners to help create and deliver a global strategic marketing program that supports the delivery of joint pipeline and business.

  • Manage a corresponding budget, regular communications and represent marketing in quarterly business reviews

  • Build relationships with the regional marketing and sales team to understand their needs and support the GTM initiatives

  • Work with a virtual cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities

  • Manage the end‐to‐end market development funds (MDF) process including proposal management, review, acceptance/rejection and proof of performance to deliver pipeline and ROI

  • Establish KPIs and drive tracking and reporting of all co-marketing initiatives

  • Be an internal advocate for partners among key stakeholders

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 10-15 years experience in partner marketing programs within the IT industry.

  • Experience managing a team of partner marketers

  • Marketing experience with a SaaS / Security software company is a benefit.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are also required.

  • This role will be a remote office location but candidates must reside in the United Kingdom or Spain.

  • Self-motivated and self-directed; conscientious approach to work assignments and enjoys operating at a fast pace while staying flexible to shift tasks frequently.

  • Experience in project management, operating both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams.

  • Displays effective written, speaking and reading abilities in addition to excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills as demonstrated through the ability to maintain good working relationships.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are also required.  Candidate should be decisive, action-oriented, and be able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross teams to leverage resources effectively.
