We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing with deep Eloqua expertise to drive engagement across the customer journey. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating scalable marketing automation programs that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth across our solutions globally.
What You'll Bring:
As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact programs across the lead-to-customer lifecycle—from acquisition and nurturing to retention and advocacy. You will be the subject matter expert on Oracle Eloqua, ensuring our campaigns are personalized, measurable, behaviorally driven, and aligned with business goals. This is a high-visibility COE role with the opportunity to impact global B2B marketing performance across multiple lines of businesses and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience leading customer lifecycle programs. 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on Marketing Automation Platform experience in a large, matrixed organization designing and maintaining lifecycle programs. This should include hands-on experience with Eloqua.
- Proven ability to build and optimize complex, multi-stage marketing automation programs across channels.
- Experience integrating Eloqua or Marketo with Salesforce and other martech platforms to triangulate the datapoints that drive insight and action.
- Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization strategies.
- Demonstrated success in using marketing automation to support enterprise sales motions and long customer buying cycles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in marketing metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Datorama, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eloqua certifications (e.g., Eloqua Marketing Operations Certified Expert)
- Experience in financial services, data provider, or technology industries
- Familiarity with privacy laws and compliance best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Knowledge of ABM platforms and strategies (e.g., Demandbase, Pathfactory)

Impact You'll Make:
- Own and evolve TransUnion’s global lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on lead scoring and nurturing, sale acceleration, cross-sell/upsell while expanding into retention and re-engagement. All while leading a team to build, deploy, and optimize.
- Lead the strategic use of Eloqua, including campaign design, lead scoring strategy, nurture journeys, dynamic content, and integrations with Salesforce and other ABM platforms and content management systems.
- Partner with Marketing Strategists, Business Partners, Sales Development Reps, Marketing Operations/Martech, and other channel leaders to design targeted, personalized campaigns aligned to key customer segments and verticals.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics, Business Partners, and Strategists to define lifecycle KPIs; develop dashboards to track performance, impact, and ROI.
- Apply segmentation, predictive analytics, and AI to improve targeting and deliver timely, relevant communications throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure Eloqua and CRM data integrity, audience hygiene, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of lifecycle marketing and automation specialists across business regions.
- Support ABM and integrated campaign initiatives with behavioral and lifecycle-triggered campaign support.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by testing subject lines, CTAs, content, and delivery timing.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
