In this role, you’ll shape the long-term strategy, guide our roadmap, and work closely with teams across the organization to bring impactful solutions to life. You’ll manage one team member and help them grow, while partnering with leaders across Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to deliver products that truly make a difference for teachers and students.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to stay aligned on priorities and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Represent the Literacy/ELA product line in leadership conversations and serve as a thought leader internally and externally.

WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BOOKBAG

  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or adjacent fields.

  • A track record of building and delivering product strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Experience managing and developing team members is a plus — you lift others up and help them thrive.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills paired with the ability to execute and drive results.

  • Confidence in navigating conversations with leaders across the company.

  • A passion for improving teaching and learning, especially in Literacy/ELA.
