As a Product Director at Mews, you will define and drive our product vision and strategy, inspiring a talented team of product managers and designers to shape the future of hospitality technology.
You will combine creativity, technology, and business insight to evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development. Leveraging your experience, you will craft solutions that not only delight customers but also drive measurable business outcomes and ensure long-term viability. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and company goals, enabling Mews to set new standards for innovation in the hospitality sector.
✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
· Define and communicate a compelling product roadmap that addresses the unique challenges of the hospitality industry, including guest experiences, operational efficiency, and scalability.
· Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers and designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Build and maintain customer feedback loops, using insights to guide product decisions and prioritize features that create real value for users.
· Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions through close collaboration with design and engineering teams, while adhering to industry compliance standards.
· Champion data-informed decision-making, leveraging insights to refine strategies and measure product success.
· Drive alignment between product strategies and OKRs, delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and maximize product adoption.
· Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, exploring innovative solutions to the hospitality sector’s most pressing challenges.
· Ensure products are designed for scalability, performance, and reliability, supporting global expansion and resilience.
🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
5+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with a track record of delivering SaaS products.
· Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
· Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on measurable outcomes.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of aligning diverse teams and influencing at all levels.
· Deep understanding of business metrics, including ROI, market viability, and P&L responsibilities, to ensure alignment between product and business goals.
· Technical literacy, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and alignment on technical feasibility and constraints.
· Experience driving user-centered design processes and prioritizing exceptional user experiences, with an emphasis on customer feedback and data-informed decisions.
· Proven ability to leverage analytics, market research, and customer insights to guide product strategies and decisions.
· Familiarity with the hospitality industry or similar sectors, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, fostering resilience, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
