This role is responsible for delivering implementation, integration, configuration, advisory, and adoption services that help customers maximize the value of the Accuris portfolio.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work directly with customers across industries including Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Nuclear, Medical Devices, and other engineering-driven environments to deploy solutions, optimize workflows, and support long-term customer success.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working in both technical and customer-facing environments, capable of translating business challenges into practical solutions while building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations, onboarding activities, and solution deployments
- Configure and support enterprise software solutions based on customer requirements
- Assist with integrations, workflow optimization, authentication, and data validation activities
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business processes and technical requirements
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to end users and administrators
- Develop implementation documentation, best practices, and customer-facing deliverables
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues during deployment and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Support user adoption initiatives and change management efforts
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, delivery methodologies, and customer outcomes
- Contribute to long-term account success through strategic advisory and relationship building
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solution Delivery, or Enterprise Software Implementation
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with enterprise applications, engineering systems, PLM/ALM platforms, or knowledge management solutions
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, authentication methods, or enterprise environments
- Experience supporting regulated or complex industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively
Desired Technical Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- Enterprise software deployments
- Application configuration and administration
- Data migration and validation
- SSO / LDAP / Active Directory authentication
- SQL or database fundamentals
- REST APIs or integration concepts
- PLM / ALM / Engineering systems
- Change management and user adoption strategies
- SaaS and/or on-prem enterprise environments
