About Enterprise Services
Enterprise Services provides strategic workplace solutions and robust infrastructure to deliver a consistent employee experience globally. Our team spans real estate strategy, workplace operations and facilities management, risk and resilience, corporate security and executive operations, workplace experience and insights.
What You’ll Do
- Set the Strategy: Define the workplace data and analytics vision, aligning to firm priorities and translating insights into measurable business value (cost, risk, experience, sustainability).
- Shape and Grow the Function: Lead a hybrid team (FTE and CWKs) including a Reporting Lead and three Data Scientists. Develop the team’s existing foundation to improve capabilities and evolve Workplace Data & Insights into a strategic, high-impact function.
- Unify Data: Integrate sources like occupancy sensors, IWMS, badge systems, travel platforms, HRIS, and service tools into a trusted data ecosystem.
- Deliver Insights: Build executive dashboards and scorecards; turn complex data into clear narratives that drive action.
- Enable Decisions: Collaborate with Workplace Planning, Operations and Experience teams to guide space redesigns, capital allocation, travel policies, and service improvements.
- Drive Governance: Establish oversight, protocols, and controls for data quality, privacy, and responsible AI use. Operate within the firm's AI governance structure.
- Innovate: Advance automation, real-time analytics, and smart building use cases; pilot AI-assisted insights.
- Influence & Advise: Provide thought leadership and advice to Enterprise Services' leaders, crafting strategic opportunities and supporting key decisions.
What You Bring
- Experience: 10+ years in workplace analytics, corporate real estate, enterprise reporting, or similar domains.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with IWMS, IoT/sensors, data warehousing, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Leadership: Ability to influence senior collaborators, tell compelling data stories, and lead cross-functional programs.
- Governance Expertise: Demonstrated background in data stewardship, standards, and adherence.
- Business Impact Orientation: Track record of linking insights to outcomes and measuring results.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
