About the Role:
The Distribution Alliance Manager will drive CrowdStrike's growth across Germany location by expanding and optimising our distribution partner ecosystem. Working closely with internal teams, this role focuses on executing territory planning and partner development initiatives to generate new business opportunities through our distribution network. Success requires exceptional relationship-building abilities, proven portfolio management experience, and the ability to quickly identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial drive with strategic thinking to accelerate both new partner acquisition and existing partnership growth.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner plans across X location to exceed revenue targets, collaborating with distribution partners and channel community to build sustainable pipeline and surpass assigned sales quotas
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within assigned portfolio, creating detailed business plans and engagement strategies for each key account with measurable targets and KPIs
Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships within distribution partners, serving as CrowdStrike's strategic ambassador while establishing trusted advisor status within the channel ecosystem
Orchestrate collaboration between internal teams and partners to accelerate deal closure, while partnering with distributors to accurately forecast and achieve business objectives
Identify, onboard, and grow strategic distribution and channel partnerships to enhance market coverage across key verticals, developing a robust partner ecosystem that drives revenue growth
Lead joint marketing initiatives with partners, including product launches and demand generation campaigns, while ensuring optimal positioning of CrowdStrike solutions through partner channels
Drive partner participation across multiple platforms including seminars, tradeshows, and digital channels to maximize market visibility and solution adoption
Maintain accountability for existing partnerships while actively developing new strategic relationships to expand market presence and vertical coverage
Coordinate cross-functional engagement to ensure consistent partner enablement and support across all channels]
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in Channel/Distribution sales with technology vendors across Germany location with cybersecurity industry experience preferred
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing enterprise-level solutions and services opportunities
Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships, with exceptional stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels
Strong track record of identifying, engaging, and influencing key decision-makers through compelling value propositions and strategic business solutions
Outstanding communication abilities, including polished presentation skills and professional written communication
Demonstrated business acumen with proven leadership capabilities and accountability in driving results-oriented outcomes
Experience operating successfully in complex, quota-driven enterprise sales environments
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while maintaining strong pipeline management
Native fluency and business level German and English
