About the Role:

As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with and through our partner network via Distribution in Southern Europe.

To succeed, you must work with internal teams and lead our Distribution Partners to build out territory planning, new partner development initiatives, and existing partnerships to deliver growth for CrowdStrike. A successful candidate will possess excellent energy, drive, and a genuine desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts and to be able to create effective relationships quickly and find valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources. 

This role is open to candidates located in France, Spain, or Italy.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with internal resources, named distribution partners, and the channel community across France, Spain and Itay to build & implement successful partner plan, delivering required pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota.

  • Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to executive levels within your assigned portfolio.

  • Establish and grow relationships within distribution partners key decision-makers, typically at the C-level.

  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed business plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio.

  • Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific distribution accounts.

  • Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor with our channel ecosystem + distribution partners.

  • Work in collaboration with internal and virtual teams to drive and close opportunities.

  • Partner with distribution partners to lead opportunities and accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes.

  • Be accountable for existing and the growth of new prospective Distribution & Channel partners that will allow better market and vertical sales/support coverage.

  • Drive product marketing and demand generation activities with partners to accompany CrowdStrike products/solutions on partners’ websites, seminars, and tradeshows.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Technology Vendors in a Channel / Distribution led sales position 

  • Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level

  • Experience in Cybersecurity is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions.

  • Ability to identify and influence critical decision-makers.

  • Ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level.

  • Proven sales track record

  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities

  • Strong business acumen and professionalism. Leadership accountability qualities are required.

  • Fluent in English 

  • French, Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus
