- Responsible for achieving sales volume and margin targets
- Builds and maintains customer relationships by understanding and implementing the customer needs
- Support of aftersales business through Maintenance Contract Sales and support in problem resolution
- Gathers customer and market data to implement into a strategy to support customer requirements.
- Reviews and maintains pricing data.
- Responsible for the delivery of market insight and analysis and other Key Metrics
You will have:
- Proven experience in providing high levels of customer support.
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere forestry product portfolio & UK forest industry
- Ability to utilise John Deere systems and Microsoft office products
