About the Role
An eCommerce Manager at Ooni focuses on optimising website experience to maximise sales, conversions and AOV for our ooni.com DTC channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving growth through data-driven decisions.
Ooni has a hybrid approach to work, with a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at our office at Edinburgh Park.
What you'll do:

  • Day-to-day management of website trading, merchandising, content and operations for assigned markets
  • Utilise web analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, and sales trends
  • Generate and analyse reports to track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of in-market website changes, using data to optimise performance
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience, including site navigation, content, and functionality
  • Implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to assess the effectiveness of different elements and content
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of on-site user behaviour using web analytics tools (Google Analytics and Contentsquare)
  • Create and optimise landing pages to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates
  • Optimise website content in multiple markets for SEO
  • Generate monthly reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Oversee product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels
  • Manage all promotional activity on-site
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce coordinators, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or similar role
  • Experience using Shopify
  • Know your pivot tables from your vlookup's (You're no stranger to Excel and Google Sheets, even if you don't want to admit it!)
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
